★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cancelar un contrato, de internet de 6 meses que nunca funcionó, que tristeza que no cumplan lo que dicen, tuve que seguir usando el de Telmex con mucho menos megas que funciona mejor
Creí que con Megacable estaría mejor, también pasa con vecinos
Llene muchas veces y nunca me dieron solución, hasta la vendedora me bloqueó

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para contratar son muy amables pero una vez que decides cancelar empieza la peor de las molestias... se salen con la suya... tarde 2 meses en poder concretar el proceso pagando servicios que ya no usaba... muy mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insisto una sola persona atendiendo a cada rato se le va el sistema quiero pensar que si porque ya van varias veces lo que me hace dudar pero bueno NO CONTRATEN MEGACABLE es todo una aventura cencelar su mal servicio porque déjenme decirles 6 meses de estarlos persiguiendo vienen según arreglan y no hacen nada todo sigue igual mejor hice la portabilidad a TELMEX
I insist only one person attending all the time the system goes away I want to think that if because they already go several times which makes me doubt but hey DO NOT HIR MEGACABLE it is all an adventure to curse their bad service because let me tell you 6 months of being chasing them they come according to they fix and do nothing everything remains the same better I did the portability to TELMEX

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me genera una gran molestia que nunca tienen cambio, y para ellos es mejor decir que no pueden cobrar a ir y buscar cambio si me estoy dando determinado tiempo del día para ir a pagarles ahora tengo que volver a mover mi horario para ir y pagarles sean responsables, es su responsabilidad dar buen servicio al cliente para la otra vienen mejor a cobrarme a mi casa.
