★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sucursal de megacable cada vez que la visito tiene una falla en la forma de pago, cuando no hay sistema, no tienen pagos con tarjetas de crédito y tarjeta de débito o simplemente no pueden hacer el cobro. Y es muy recurrente, hoy pase por ahí ya que estaba cerca y también no me pidieron hacer el cobro por qué la terminal está fallando, creo ya deben tomar cartas en el asunto y poner equipo moderno y gente comprometida y competente para resolver problemas. Tiene una ubicación excelente pero de nada sirve y muchos de los clientes que ahí estaban salieron molestos.. Recomendaciónes: 1) Actualizar el equipo electrónico y el equipo de trabajo también.
This megacable branch every time I visit it, it has a failure in the form of payment, when there is no system, they do not have payments with credit cards and debit cards or they simply cannot make the payment. And it is very recurrent, today I stopped by since I was close and they also did not ask me to make the payment because the terminal is failing, I think they should take action on the matter and put modern equipment and committed and competent people to solve problems. It has an excellent location but it is useless and many of the clients who were there came out upset. Recommendations: 1) Update the electronic equipment and the work equipment as well.

Me tuve que mudar a otra ciudad por cuestiones de trabajo y cuando quise cancelar el servicio de Internet en la sucursal de donde ahora vivo me dicen que tengo que ir hasta la sucursal de Hermosillo solo para cancelar y tendría que manejar 5 horas solo para eso. Llamé a atención a clientes y me dicen lo mismo, dicen que es la misma empresa pero diferente sistema. No vuelvo a contratar megacable. Las filas son de una hora y no hacen nada para mejorar si servicio. Además subieron la tarifa del internet el primero de febrero sin avisar.
Improve your service. I had to move to another city for work reasons and when I wanted to cancel the Internet service at the branch where I now live they tell me that I have to go to the Hermosillo branch just to cancel and I would have to drive 5 hours just for that. I called customer service and they tell me the same thing, they say it's the same company but a different system. I will not hire megacable again. The lines are one hour long and do nothing to improve service. They also raised the internet rate on February 1 without warning.
