★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor que pésima la atención, tarde prácticamente 2 horas en hacer entrega de los aparatos para poder cancelar, se la pasan platicando en ves de agilizar los tramites
Por suerte ya pude cancelar servicio con megacable
 Worse than terrible attention, it takes practically 2 hours to deliver the devices to be able to cancel, they spend their time talking instead of speeding up the procedures
Luckily I was able to cancel service with megacable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados son amables PERO la compañía es un fraude, siempre hacen excusas cuando es tiempo de cancelar sus servicios, te hacen pagar otro mes porque su sistema nunca sirve. Pero eso se puede esperar de estas compañías
The employees are nice BUT the company is a fraud, they always make excuses when it's time to cancel their services, they make you pay another month because their system never works. But that can be expected from these companies

Mejor ve a otro centro.
Lousy customer service. They do not make an effort to help you solve your problem, they rely on pre-established answers.
Better go to another center.

El personal de instalaciones no cambio el total de los equipos al cambiar a fibra óptica y por una falta de ellos, la cancelación no es factible, y aunque ellos tienen registrado que el equipo faltante esta en sus flotilla te hacen esperar al menos una semana más
The staff was friendly, however the company is lousy
The facilities staff did not change the total of the equipment when changing to fiber optics and due to a lack of them, the cancellation is not feasible, and although they have registered that the missing equipment is in their fleet, they make you wait at least one more week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to the mega cable to paymy bill and you stand in line and you get there and they have the testing for you which is great and you go off and you use your car then it's a very simple way of taking care of your cable bill and it's cheaper and that's really good
