★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo más de 10 días esperando un cambio de domicilio, y los supervisores su única solución es decir que esperes, ni siquiera te dan alguna alternativa o una compensación es como tratar con gente sin cerebro, yo me cambie a total play y ahí el mismo día que tienes una queja van a tu casa y resives una llamada del técnico ese mismo trascurso, no lo recomiendo y los ejecutivos no hacen ni lo mínimo por solucionar el inconveniente .
I have been waiting for more than 10 days for a change of address, and the supervisors, their only solution is to tell you to wait, they don't even give you any alternative or compensation, it's like dealing with people without a brain, I changed to total play and there the same day that you have a complaint they go to your house and you receive a call from the technician that same course, I do not recommend it and the executives do not do the least to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si tuve mala suerte y si realmente le den seguimiento a mi comentario, pero creo que necesitan capacitar y elegir bien a su personal. ( solo algunos que tienen recurrente mala actitud ) les falta gente amable y con disponibilidad para atender a clientes en potencia y los que ya tienen. Aguas con eso.
I don't know if I was unlucky and if they really follow up on my comment, but I think they need to train and choose their staff well. (Only some who have a recurring bad attitude) They lack friendly people who are available to serve potential clients and those they already have. Water with that.
