★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta semana quitaron el servicio sin convertidor , después de acudir a sucursal, están dando de cables RCA, tecnología obsoleta , ya ni siquiera tienen esas entradas las pantallas.
This week they removed the service without a converter, after going to a branch, they are giving out RCA cables, obsolete technology, the screens don't even have those inputs anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen contratos fraudulentos y no respetan los derechos del consumidor, mucho ojo antes de firmar incluso si algun familiar tuyo firma en tu nombre de todas maneras te cobran, y además te obligan a quedarte con el servicio 1 año lo uses o no tienes que pagarlo ojo mucho ojo empresa fraudulenta.
They make fraudulent contracts and do not respect the rights of the consumer, be very careful before signing, even if a relative of yours signs on your behalf, they charge you anyway, and they also force you to keep the service for 1 year, use it or you do not have to pay for it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tube que ir a cambiar 2 ves es el convertidor, uno no prendió y el otro no da mas que 5 canales, yo les recomiendo que los chequeen antes de entregarlos, es molesto ir y estar e formando y perder casi 2 o 3 horas
