Very bad treatment in Megacable. They are not interested in taking care of their clients. They do not respect the start of class promotions and treat you in a very despotic way. The iftel should do something, since it seems Megacable is colluded with Profeco when not complaining

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha gente en fila para pagar más de 20 minutos de espera, yo fui para volver a reportar una falla en el Servicio que tiene 6 días sin ser atendida. El personal se mostró amable, que solo debo esperar a que acudan para revisar la falla.
Many people lined up to pay more than 20 minutes of waiting, I went to report a failure in the Service that has not been attended to for 6 days. The staff was friendly, I just have to wait for them to come to review the fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca está abierto según el horario, según ellos cierran de 2 a 4 para comer, pero uno va a la una entre semana y ya está cerrado. O como hoy eran las 12:30 y la señorita iba cerrando y me dijo ke ya no había servicio!! Osea abren y cierran según cm les plasca al personal?? Y no les pagarán bien porque tienen siempre una cara y unos modos?
It is never open according to the schedule, according to them they close from 2 to 4 to eat, but one goes at one on weekdays and it is already closed. Or how today was 12:30 and the lady was closing and told me that there was no service! I mean, do they open and close according to how much it captures the staff? And they will not pay them well because they always have a face and some ways?
