★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pėsimo servicio, solo hay 1 cajera y tardé 1.5 hr en la fila. Todo para que cuando me atendieran me dijeran que no tenían modems disponibles.
 Terrible service, there is only 1 cashier and it took me 1.5 hr in line. All so that when they attended to me they would tell me that they had no modems available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos servicios, no cuidan a su clientela de años, sus promociones, que au qué son muy buenas, son solo para nuevos clientes en contratacion, no aplican para clientes que llevamos más de 10 años. Su asistencia técnica es muy mala, pueden requerir muchas visitas de personal hasta que por fin quedan solucionados los problemas. Ya mejor me cambié a Total Play.
Terrible services, they do not take care of their long-standing clientele, their promotions, which are very good, are only for new clients on contract, they do not apply to clients who have been with us for more than 10 years. Their technical assistance is very poor, they may require many staff visits until the problems are finally solved. I better switched to Total Play.
