Si vas porque algo de su servicio Megacable hacia tí, no anda bien; no te quieren ni escuchar.

If you go because something of their Megacable service towards you, it does not work well; they don't even want to listen to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada que llega el recibo a mi casa, viene un cargo extra por un servicio que ni siquiera "YO" contraté, cada mes es ir a pagar y reclamar. Es muy cansado, lastima que no tengo otra opción en mi colonia. Pésimo servicio.
Every month the receipt arrives at my house, an extra charge comes for a service that not even "I" hired, every month it is going to pay and claim. It is very tiring, it hurts that I have no other option in my neighborhood. Terrible service.

Long waiting time in customer service. They are not clear with the requirements to make a cancellation. And they make you spin around and wait a long time.
