★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega pésima mala atención, una sola persona para atender a 10 en aclaración, y para pagar hay como 50 personas y solo 2 cajas de 3. Perdida de tiempo, estoy totalmente insatisfecho :(

Aparte;
Megacable se ha quedado muy pobre con el número de canales.
Tuve que cambiar definitivamente de compañía hace tiempo porque en Megacable me fallaba muchísimo el Internet y pagar un pésimo servicio.... como que no.
Afortunadamente encontré totalplay y jamás he tenido ningún problema

Megacable has been very poor with the number of channels.
I had to definitely change the company a long time ago because in Megacable the Internet was failing me a lot and paying a terrible service ... of course not.
Fortunately I found totalplay and I have never had any problems

Terrible service from the people who attend there, the bosses would have to go undercover so that they observe the, 0 empathy that there is against the young and the older people that you have, they do not clearly understand how to make a star move just because it is dry from it. Super

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no me han instalado el servicio y fui a cancelar y me dijeron que solo se puede cancelar después de pasado mes y medio sin haber ido a instalarme el servicio, hablé al IFT y me solucionaron de inmediato.
Terrible attention, they have not installed the service for me and I went to cancel and they told me that it can only be canceled after a month and a half has passed without having gone to install the service, I spoke to the IFT and they solved me immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos servicio. Fui para contratar un servicio (solo internet) que en linea y por telefono me habian dicho que si había. Cuando llegué, la señora que me atendió me dijo que el sistema no les deja crear contratos con esos paquetes, curiosamente solamente los de triple pack, que estan carísimos jaja UNOS TRANZAS!
Lousy service. I went to hire a service (only internet) that they had told me online and by phone that there was. When I arrived, the lady who attended me told me that the system does not allow them to create contracts with those packages, curiously only the triple pack, which are very expensive haha SOME THINGS!

Alas 8:30 y llegue 7 ya estaba cerrado el internet es pésimo súper lento aunque tengas un paquete según eso de los más rápidos es fácil de que te lo roben y para cancelar el contrato es un plazo forzoso de 6 meses y aparte de eso tú tienes que traer sus dispositivos siendo que los aparatos son de ellos no tuyos ?? cero recomendado

- Es la peor empresa de servicios de telefonía e internet, seguido se cae el servicio, jamas se puede uno comunicar a las líneas de atención, el servicio al cliente es UN ASCO.
- en ésta sucursal en particular la atención es PÉSIMA, los empleados son incapaces de pedir las cosas por favor, todo lo piden de un modo grosero y dicen las cosas como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor.
Y lo peor es que es un mal necesario...
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
- It is the worst telephone and internet service company, the service often goes down, you can never communicate with the hotlines, the customer service is disgusting.
- In this branch in particular the attention is AWFUL, the employees are unable to ask for things please, they ask for everything in a rude way and say things as if they were doing you a favor.
And the worst part is that it's a necessary evil...
