★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No les recomiendo ir a sucursal a contratar o ampliar servicios , yo fui y no saben bien sus precios ni que se puede hacer, ni si el módem tiene capacidad etc. Además de que hacen perder mucho tiempo en la espera, así que llame a la atención telefónica y lo mismo que les dije me lo activaron en el instante y más barato de lo que me dijeron en sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA ATENCIÓN y el servicio una BASURA, no contraten porque cuando tienes un problema técnico nadie te ayuda y solo te ponen una grabación, me harte del pésimo servicio después de 1 mes sin Internet y más de 10 llamadas rogando que nos atendieran fui a cancelar, llegue a las 5 pm 2 horas antes de que cerraran y las viejas haraganas desde esa hora salieron a decirme que era muy probable que no me fueran a atender por que su sistema estaba muy lento, que mejor regresara mañana, cabe mencionar que había más de 3 personas haciendo NADA dentro de la sucursal solo burlándose de los clientes afuera en la lluvia, dejo evidencia fotográfica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad no contraten Megacable. Yo tuve una pésima atención. En esta sucursal y en la de chabacano, Corregidora así como el "apoyo" vía WhatsApp. 8 días seguidos rogando porque hicieran algo para devolverme el servicio y de "levantamos reporte", "ya está su reporte", "ahora sí ya está el reporte y en calidad de urgente", no pasaron. Además los técnicos mienten, reportan que ya hicieron visita y hasta te mandan encuesta de satisfacción cuando no se aparecen o de plano dicen que no respondes llamadas para agendar cuando ya se han agendado las citas. Son una burla completa, de verdad no contraten Megacable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evidentemente como cualquier centro de atención a clientes, debes ir con tiempo y paciencia, ya que llega bastante gente y requieres considerar esta situación. El personal es atento y también dispuestos a escuchar las solicitudes del cliente. En lo personal siempre he tenido un buen trato de quienes laboran en el lugar. Este CIS de megacable a diferenciar otros ofrece más personal para atención. El estacionamiento del lugar es gratuito aunque existen más negocios en la plaza, pero puedes encontrar lugar sin problema. ??
Obviously, like any customer service center, you must go with time and patience, since a lot of people arrive and you need to consider this situation. The staff is attentive and also willing to listen to customer requests. Personally, I have always had good treatment from those who work in the place. This megacable CIS to differentiate others offers more staff for attention. The parking lot of the place is free although there are more businesses in the square, but you can find a place without problem. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SI AMAN SU TIEMPO, VIDA Y DINERO. Porfavor NO vengan, NO CONTRATEN, a ellos sólo les interesa venderte y cobrarte, pero si necesitas aclarar algo o solucionar algún problema con tu línea, que seguro lo vas a tener, NO TE VAN A PELAR. No les interesas una vez que eres cliente y para muestra es que en cajas hay 4 personas cobrando, de los dos vendedores hay 2 pero en atención a clientes de 4 hay 1. Y la fila afuera es enorme diario. No digan que no se los advertí!!
IF YOU LOVE YOUR TIME, LIFE AND MONEY. Please DO NOT come, DO NOT CONTRACT, they are only interested in selling you and charging you, but if you need to clarify something or solve a problem with your line, you are sure to have it, THEY WILL NOT PLEASE. They are not interested once you are a customer and for example, there are 4 people charging in boxes, of the two sellers there are 2 but in customer service there are 4 of them 1. And the line outside is huge every day. Don't say I didn't warn you !!
