Son una verdadera estafa !! Cuando necesitas de algún técnico y te dirijas a la sucursal de dicen si le das un poquito de dinero para las Cocacola te mando un técnico durante el día . De verdad son una lacras las personas que trabajan en Megacable . Si puedes no contrates o cámbiate de compañía por que aquí son unos ladrones

The people who work at Megacable are really a scourge. If you can, do not hire or change companies because here they are thieves

No atienden bien, y quise cambiar de domicilio mi servicio y no quisieron, como que si les hubiera quedado a deber alguno vez!! Siempre puntuales en el pago, por eso mejor me cambie de compañía.

Algo insólito de mal servicio, en estos tiempos, dnd lo correcto de un cobro, debe ser real. Cancele servicio x cambio de ciudad. Me comentaron, debe pagar todo el mes, ya que su corte era día 7. Y le comente, solo han pasado dos días. Te los pago con mucho gusto, y me comentó que no. Tenía que pagar todo el mes, aún cuando no se generó el uso del servicio.
