★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es muy raquítico y no ofrecen soluciones sencillas a los clientes. Todo es una complicacion para ellos. Tardaron más de 10 días en instalarme el servicio como si Sayula tuviera miles de instalaciones pendientes por realizar. Y dentro del inmueble de megacable los técnicos sentados chateando en el celular y platicando.
Customer service is very rickety and they don't offer simple solutions to customers. Everything is a complication for them. It took them more than 10 days to install the service as if Sayula had thousands of pending installations to perform. And inside the megacable building, the technicians sat chatting on the cell phone and talking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo estaba muy contenta con el servicio porque me da la suficiente velocidad para trabajar desde casa, pero ya van varios días que se va la señal entre 7 y 8 y eso afecta mi trabajo, no todos tenemos horario de oficina y creo que sí estás pagando un servicio debe ser óptimo todo el tiempo, aparte si quiero ver hbo max, me cuesta mucho trabajo para que soporte la aplicación y eso que tengo 30mb de velocidad, creo que realmente deberían revisar la calidad de la señal
