★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de darme de baja, me harta que cuando necesito apoyo técnico me conteste un robot y no me saca de apuros es como si le contesta el cajero y no les paga la cuenta. En fin es una lastima porque tenía el servicio domiciliado
I just unsubscribed, I'm fed up that when I need technical support a robot answers me and doesn't get me out of trouble, it's as if the cashier answers and doesn't pay the bill. In short, it is a pity because I had the service domiciled

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se acumuló una larga fila en atención a clientes. La mayoría íbamos a cancelar el servicio o a reclamar fallos. Usualmente no resuelven y ponen cualquier pretexto para dificultar las cancelaciones.
A long queue built up for customer service. Most of us were going to cancel the service or claim faults. They usually do not resolve and put any pretext to make cancellations difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Típicas empleadas tóxicas y burras que “te atienden” como haciéndote el favor. Te sugiero NO contratar Megacable si te quieres ahorrar muchos corajes y problemas
Typical toxic employees and donkeys who "attend to you" as if they were doing you a favor. I suggest you NOT to hire Megacable if you want to save yourself a lot of courage and problems
