Pero hay pocas cajeras en horas pico, y suelen tardarse mucho con clientes que tiene quejas, preguntas, alegatos de cargos y etc. La jefa de atención a clientes, algunas veces ayuda a atender clientes. Hasta que mejoren eso, podría mejorar la calificación, no se quizás. XD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio para atender a los clientes es pésimo en cuanto a la espera, se llegan a hacer filas hasta afuera del local y hace mucho calor afuera mas el sol, no es culpa de los empleados, si no del mal diseño del local donde solo llegan a atender hasta 3 cajeras y la caja especial para gente discapacitada nunca e visto que la abran, van clientes con muletas haciendo fila y no abren la caja, ¿entonces para que esta? Faltan mas sillas para esperar o que amplíen el local, en el estacionamiento pequeño que tienen ni siquiera caben los carros de todos los clientes que están haciendo fila.
The service to serve customers is terrible in terms of waiting, they get to queue up outside the premises and it is very hot outside plus the sun, it is not the fault of the employees, but the poor design of the premises where they only arrive to attend to up to 3 cashiers and the special cashier for disabled people and I've never seen it open, clients with crutches go in line and they don't open the cashier, so why is it? There are more chairs to wait or to expand the premises, in the small parking lot they have not even the cars of all the customers who are lining up.
