Tuvimos fallas con los módems, con el servicio de cable, marcamos a los números de atención al cliente y no contestaron; nos tuvieron esperando 30 minutos para ver si respondían y nada. Ésta situación fue en repetidas ocasiones. En el número para contrataciones sí contestan, lo cual es una basura, ya que sí están al pendiente de la gente que quiere contratar pero no de los que ya son clientes.
De verdad que es de los peores servicios que una empresa nos ha dado a mi familia y a mi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegas y como si te van hacer un favor,les falta más atencion al cliente que no te agan honores pero si sentir un buenos dias ó tardes de calidad una sonrisa que te sientas como lo que eres es ATENCION A CLIENTES. Llamas para reportar una falla y la contestadora esta igual esta contaminada les falta mejorar.
