Ese establecimiento. Siempre a diaria dan mala información tardan en cobrar. Selanpasan en el celular cierran dejan de atender. 30 hora antes dicen que se va el sistema a diario. Muy mal servido.

Servicio y atención lento y deplorable, las que te atienden lo hacen de mala gana y siempre está lleno, aunado a que "se les va el servicio" y por ende ya no te atienden, si tienen la oportunidad de ir a otro, háganlo.

Siempre hay mucha fila..es muy lento el sistema para hacer un simple pago, les falta personal capacitado.

Muy mal servicio y mas de la jefa de cid q fue la q m atendio aqui en tlajomulco q no sabe dar una buena información por q queria dar de baja de m servicio, por las fallad q e tenido de lo q va d el año, fallas de la tv y el internet me an mandando técnicos y lo dejan fincionando dura un momento y vuelve a fallar

Si se pudiera poner menos lo haría pésimo servicio las chicas solo de hacen tontas o lo son por que para realizar un simple cobro se tardan infinidad y siempre andan con mala cara ya se parecen a las del Oxxo

Es necesario que venga un cambio estructural, ya que no hay veracidad y compromiso con los agentes de Megacable, que se pongan la camiseta y veran triunfos en el gusto de sus clientes dejando la antipatia e indiferencia de lado .

PESIMO SERVICIO, COBRAN DE MAS, NO RESPETAN LO CONTRATADO, LOS QUE ATIENDEN SON GENTE HORRIBLE, PREPOTENTES, NEFASTAS Y GROSERAS, NO TIENEN EL MINIMO GRADO DE EMPATIA NI RESPETO. TARDAN HORAS. LASTIMA DE LA EMPRESA. YO NO RECOMIENDO EL SERVICIO. A POCOS MESES DE CONTRATADO, EL SERVICIO ES DE MUY MALA CALIDAD, SE VA LA SEÑAL COMO 10 V3CES AL MES.
AWFUL SERVICE, THEY CHARGE MORE, THEY DO NOT RESPECT WHAT WAS CONTRACTED, THOSE WHO SERVE THEM ARE HORRIBLE, ARBUSY, EVIL AND RUDE PEOPLE, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MINIMUM DEGREE OF EMPATHY OR RESPECT. IT TAKES HOURS. Pity of the company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE. A FEW MONTHS AFTER THE CONTRACT, THE SERVICE IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY, THE SIGNAL GOES LIKE 10 V3CES PER MONTH.

ASQUEROSO de la gatas ( porque se comportan como tal) te dejan con la palabra en la boca y no te resuelven nada fui a cancelar un servicio que nunca me pusieron y ya paso un mes me pedían mi contrato impreso y no había ciber.abierto ni cerca les pedí que si me lo imprimía teniendo ahí 2 impresoras y se negaron.ahora gatarstare en transporte e impresiones
