Pésimo servicio la verdad el personal de la entrada dice una cosa y al pasar con la cajero te dice otra cosa, la persona que está en la entrada cuando le preguntas su nombre para realizar un reporte se asusta y va con sus compañeras para decir que no se le atienda al cliente
Terrible service the truth the staff at the entrance says one thing and when you pass by the cashier tells you something else, the person who is at the entrance when you ask for their name to make a report is scared and goes with their colleagues to say no customer service

Pésimo servicio del personal, solo te traen vuelta y vuelta con que no se puede que tienes que esperar y no te resuelven nada, ya tengo 3 meses así. Muy mal servicio
Terrible service from the staff, they just bring you back and forth saying that you can't, you have to wait and they don't solve anything for you, I've been like this for 3 months now. very bad service

Pésimo servicio. Seguido les falla el sistema para cobrar y las chicas que atienden lo hacen con mala actitud. Cero amabilidad al cliente.

El peor servicio de una empresa, cuando se trata de atención técnica tardan hasta tres semanas en atender, pero cuando se trata de vender y cobrar en menos de una hora, no solucionan el problema, no atienden al cliente y si lo hacen es de la peor atención. En resumen: No te solucionan en problema y si lo solucionan tardan semanas

I have never seen an hourly employee lie for a corporation until Megacable. These employees are not trained at all and dont know anything about the services offered. You could search the entire world and not find worse customer service. 1 star is me being nice because it should be in the negative. 2.5 rating. In any other country you would be out of business. Your job can be replaced with a remote control.........absolutely idiots.
