★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualización de experiencia: solicité un cambio de Domicilio y me dieron un lapso de 1a 10 días, el técnico nunca llegó al domicilio, estuve 1 semana más hablando a soporte y siempre me daban la misma respuesta "mañana" y nunca llegó el técnico, fui a sucursal a cancelar el servicio y me la hicieron de show, la doña se enojo por qué solicité la baja del servicio e incluso me alzó la voz de una manera anti-profesional, la verdad no recomiendo ir a Megacable de plaza fiesta, si vas a contratar te tratan muy bien pero si vas a cancelar te tratan peor que una basura, es una lastima que las empresas contraten a personas tan prepotentes para ser el rostro de su empresa.
Pd: desperdicié 670 pesos más camiones y 1 semana de mi tiempo, no lo hagan ustedes y busquen otra compañía de preferencia.
 Experience update: I requested a change of Address and they gave me a period of 1 to 10 days, the technician never arrived at the address, I spent 1 more week talking to support and they always gave me the same answer "tomorrow" and the technician never arrived. I went to the branch to cancel the service and they made it a show for me, the lady got angry why I requested the cancellation of the service and even raised her voice to me in an anti-professional way, the truth is I do not recommend going to Megacable of plaza party, if you go To hire they treat you very well but if you are going to cancel they treat you worse than rubbish, it is a shame that companies hire such arrogant people to be the face of their company.
PS: I wasted 670 pesos plus trucks and 1 week of my time, don't do it and look for another preferred company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a una cajera amablemente qué si me pueden checar si me hicieron valido el cambio de domicilio qué realize hace una semana por teléfono y en vez de revisar nomas me dijo que siguiera esperando de 10 a 15 días hábiles para el cambio de domicilio. En ese mismo rato fui a la que se encuentra en Plaza Humaya y la cajera si reviso mi perfil de cliente y no vio ningún cambio de domicilio, por lo tanto con ella realice el cambio de domicilio. Así que si no hubiera visitado otra sucursal aun estuviera esperando el cambio de domicilio qué me dijo la cajera de plaza fiesta y todo por no trabajar.
I kindly asked a cashier if they could check me if they made the change of address valid for me, which I did a week ago by phone and instead of just checking, she told me to keep waiting 10 to 15 business days for the change of address.
