★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor empresa me ofrecieron una promoción el día 3 febrero 2022 y fui a plaza patria el día 4 de febrero 2022 por lo de la promoción del teléfono que me ofrecieron por ser cliente de megacable en la sucursal patria y me dicen la promoción ya no la tienen le comento que un día antes me la ofrecieron porque hacen perder el tiempo o es el gancho para ofrecerte una más cara aparte la persona que me atendió me amenaza que si no agarro la promoción que ella me vender me va a llegar más caro en mi recibo le comente no creo porque no me estas dando el equipo que contrate y si no pues cancelo y me retire ABUSIVOS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal está muy grande para estar en esos puestos, demuestran que no les gusta ese trabajo y se desquitan con los clientes. nunca tienen la disponibilidad de ayudar a solucionar al cliente. Pero sobre todo tratan de evitar a toda costa qué te salgas de un servicio mal atendido y mal supervisado. A mi manera personal tengo casi dos años tratando de cancelar contrato de cable, y uno de sus empleados me pidio una caja adicional, cuando en un servicio quize reducir el servicio, lo reporte, y ahora quieren que lo pagué yo. Ni siquiera hicieron el intento de bloquear el dispositivo. Pero el colmo es que por la dificultad de congeniar con su horario que coincide con el mío, las pocas visitas que he podido hacer en dos ocasiones me dijeron que no tenían internet y que no podían usar el sistema. Busquen alternativas porque definitivamente sí llegaron a tener un problema Megacable no tiene manera o ganas de solucionarlo.

Look for alternatives because they definitely did have a problem. Megacable has no way or desire to solve it.

Fui en sábado, tienen 3 cajas para atender y creo que 4 módulos, los cuales solo trabajando 2 cajas y un modulo que era el del gerente, mismo al cual le hice una pregunta, a la cual me respondió de una manera muy poco servicial!, tenían una bocina a la pura entrada a todo volumen, la cual es muy molesta, te aturde.
Terrible service!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me quisieron atender para hacerme un simple pago la sucursal estaba sola y solo me decían que en 10 minutos y nada. Pésimo servicio en esta sucursal. Nadie te explica nada.
