★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en todos los sentidos, tuve que domiciliar el pago 3 veces porque las primeras 2 no las metieron al sistema y aunque el error fue de ellos, no me respetaron la promoción y además me cobraban la reconexion, la última semana estuve 3 días seguidos sin internet (es la cuarta vez en menos de 3 meses) y no contestan el teléfono y si contestan te dicen que en 3 horas resuelven el problema pero no lo hacen, por lo que cada mes tenia que ir a resolver algún problema y pagar el estacionamiento porque no es gratis. Por eso cancelé el servicio.
Very bad service in every way, I had to pay the payment 3 times because the first 2 did not put them into the system and although the error was theirs, the promotion was not respected and they also charged me for reconnection, last week I was 3 days followed without internet (it is the fourth time in less than 3 months) and they do not answer the phone and if they answer they tell you that in 3 hours they solve the problem but they do not, so every month I had to go to solve a problem and pay parking because it's not free. So I canceled the service.

The friendly staff and looking for solutions, the problem there is the company, they offer you a promotion over the phone and end up giving what they want and at forced deadlines.

It takes a long time to assist you even when the place is alone, the workers who are 4 of them only talking, they leave a long wait and are rude, they do not have empathy to provide customer service
