La persona que atiende en la oficina es muy amable y busca dar solución a los problemas de los clientes. El servicio de Megacable como tal es muy malo. Si haces un reporte tardan días en reinstalar el servicio y siguen cobrando por un servicio que no se tiene. La atención de los operadores de Call Center es regular dependiendo del agente.
The facilities are small and modest. There is not always a place to park. A difficult grade. The person who attends the office is very friendly and seeks to solve customer problems. Megacable service as such is very bad. If you make a report it takes days to reinstall the service and they continue to charge for a service that you don't have. The attention of Call Center operators is regular depending on the agent.
