★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los instaladores tienen problemas con su ética de trabajo. Llamaron en varias ocasiones para decir que llegarían a instalar y no llegaron solo en una de las 4 ocasiones regresaron la llamada para justificarse y por quinta ocación reprogramar la fecha de instalación. La instalación se realizó a un día de finalizar el plazo de 10 dias.
 Installers have issues with their work ethic. They called on several occasions to say that they would get to install and they did not arrive only on one of the 4 occasions they returned the call to justify themselves and for the fifth time to reschedule the installation date. The installation was carried out one day after the end of the 10-day period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran por solicitar una revición de servicio, cuando es su deber hacer la visita cuando el servicio funciona mal, pésima atención en ventanilla además de, "técnicos" groseros y prepotentes a la hora de visitar el domicilio.
They charge for requesting a service review, when it is their duty to visit when the service works badly, terrible service at the window, as well as rude and pushy "technicians" when visiting the home.

Pésimo servicio de internet.
Los cobradores son groseros y prepotentes.
Quieren imponer servicios que uno ya no quiere.
Nunca responden cuando se llama.
Aumento de tarifa sin consentimiento.
Estafadores.
Cuando el clima está feo, se va el cable e internet.
Ah pero eso sí, para cobrar están bien buenos aunque no hayas tenido internet todo el mes te lo cobran sin descuento alguno...
Hay más referencias malas. De verdad si pueden contratar otro servicio, háganlo.

When the weather is bad, the cable and internet go away.
Ah but yes, to charge they are very good even if you have not had internet all month they charge it without any discount ...
There are more bad references. Really if you can hire another service, do it.

The megacable service is terrible, and the ones that serve at the branch window are too. They don't deserve any stars.
