 Google asks for at least one star but they don't deserve it, a client arrives asking for a solution and ends up receiving poor service that at the end of the day doesn't solve anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima señal y servicio. Asisten los tecnicos revisan y solo queda en ese momento. Se vuelve a ir la señal hasta que vuelven a venir y cuento de no acabar.
Terrible signal and service. The technicians attend and review and only remains at that time. The signal goes off again until they come back and I'm counting on not finishing.

Hoy domingo 10 de abril del 2022 fui a está sucursal de Nogales Mall y la persona que estaba en atención a clientes es una inútil para dar información y para tratar a la gente. Al igual que las cajeras que se encontraban, toman actitudes infantiles.
Por favor, contraten gente madura, responsable, eficaz y que expliquen las cosas claramente ya que a mí no me pudieron resolver mi problema.
Terrible service. Good afternoon public from Nogales, Sonora. Today, Sunday, April 10, 2022, I went to this Nogales Mall branch and the person who was in customer service is useless when it comes to giving information and treating people. Like the cashiers they met, they take childish attitudes.
Please, hire mature, responsible, efficient people who explain things clearly, since they couldn't solve my problem for me.

There's was 5people ahead of me and I thought I was going to be there for an hour like before. But I was there 5min. The customer service was nice and fast and answered all my questions.
