★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Al igual pésimo servicio, nunca atendieron mi solicitud 2 semanas sin servicio y al acercarme a pedir apoyo con los técnicos que acudían ala privada donde vivo, me todos me mencionaron que me podían apoyar siempre y cuando le pagará la cantidad de $300 y sino estaba de acuerdo, entonces que esperara hasta que me mandaran un técnico, lo cual nunca sucedió, por tal motivo opte por la cancelación del servicio.
 Terrible attention, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor. Like terrible service, they never attended to my request for 2 weeks without service and when I approached to ask for support with the technicians who came to the private area where I live, they all mentioned to me that they could support me as long as they will pay the amount of $ 300 and if not, I was willing. Okay, then to wait until they send me a technician, which never happened, for this reason I opted for the cancellation of the service.

Y coincidió exactamente con la fecha en que instalaron en la calle su dichosa fibra óptica. Al menos habían de avisar que por hacer cambios a su infraestructura van a subir el costo del servicio...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en Internet y cable, reportas y no hacen nada, se tardan mucho en atender en sucursal y Melina Prado te dice ahorita te llamo cuando estaba en la fila y después de varios minutos ahora dice que está en su hora de comida no es nada amable. no domicilien su cuenta xk siempre te van a cobrar de más según x pago tardío. No tienen un asiento para discapacitados y/o embarazadas.
Tuve que agregar una estrella para que me permitiera comentar ?. Aunque haya mucha gente solo hay una cajera atendiendo. Ojalá mejoren en su servicio o que pronto tengamos a otro proveedor de Internet por mi colonia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio tanto de atencion como en el servicio que ofrecen, a cada rato se cae el servicio y siempre que llamas por soporte te dicen que hay una falla general, se recupera 2 dias y nuevamente vuelve a fallar el servicio. Por mi localidad no existe otro provedor de internet pero tan pronto entre otro seguro realizo el cambio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst interntet provider ever! Never have deal with them. The problems come up since you order an installation of the internet. Technicians could't come for a month to put internet in my apartment. The first month you have internet it's working perfect. After that they start to cheat on you with the speed. I had 15 MBits but in real I had only 1-3 Mbits. Sometimes it was dropping around 0.70 Mbit. I could't even open email. The technical support just giving you promises to fix everything, but in real nothing is happening.
