★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio falla demasiado, mala atención telefónica y personal y para cobrar son buenísimos! Nunca te hacen ajustes por sus fallas de servicio., recomiendo PORTABILIDAD DE TELMEX, da gratis la instalación, conservas el mismo número y el internet es bastante estable.
Terrible service fails too, bad telephone and personal attention and to charge they are great! They never make adjustments for your service failures. I recommend TELMEX PORTABILITY, it gives the installation free, you keep the same number and the internet is quite stable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo califico así por qué le hace falta más atención a el cliente las asistentes no son cordiales y se ve que no tienen capacitación para servicio de atención no son amable pero bueno es lo que hay y seria de mejor gusto para muchos que tuvieran más cajeras los días de fechas críticas para evitar aglomeraciones y que el horario sea más extenso
I qualify it this way because it needs more attention to the customer, the assistants are not cordial and it is seen that they do not have training for customer service, they are not friendly but it is what it is and it would be in better taste for many if they had more cashiers days of critical dates to avoid crowds and that the schedule is longer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los servicios que ofrece son aceptables, la programación que brinda es bastante repetitiva (puede llegar a repetirse un programa hasta en tres canales); unos apenas y tienen buena cobertura, en cuanto al servicio de internet es bastante bueno y estable, cuando hay mal tiempo es rara la vez que deja de funcionar. El precio de sus paquetes son bastante elevados para lo que ofrecen en realidad.
The services it offers are acceptable, the programming it offers is quite repetitive (a program can be repeated on up to three channels); some barely have good coverage, in terms of internet service it is quite good and stable, when there is bad weather it rarely stops working. The price of their packages are quite high for what they actually offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen fallas muy seguido en la red de internet, subieron costos segun porque aumentaron la potencia del internet pero el pago se hace ya con la nueva tarifa pero no veo que el internet sea mejor??
