★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio exceden el tiempo para ir a instalar y realizando previo pago, llamas y no contestan, cuando logran contestar engañan que llegarán a instalar y no van, llamas a México y tampoco te solucionan, no contraten MEGACABLE es perder tiempo, dinero y paciencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a mejorado y el trato al cliente es aceptable, el servicio técnico en comparación a otras empresas competentes es "rápido" aunque algunas veces con falta de material, y en la mayoría de las ocasiones su trato es bueno. Lo que si hay que mejorar y por mucho es su servicio al cliente mediante vía telefónica, puedes estar hasta 15 minutos esperando sin saber si alguien te contestara.
The service has improved and the customer service is acceptable, the technical service compared to other competent companies is "fast" although sometimes with a lack of material, and in most cases their treatment is good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se canceló el contrato porque el servicio es muy pésimo y deficiente,hay canales en ke no hay transmisión y ningún canal para ver los partidos de la Eurocopa 2029,pero eso sí cobran car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. No instalaron nunca el servicio que solicité. Van dos solicitudes en lo que va del año.
Si deseas internet con Telmex fue rápido, entras a la página oficial y en 24 hrs Telmex te instala el servicio.
En MEGACABLE para solicitar la cancelación es un problema.
Pero te paso los siguientes tips para que logres hacerlo:
Te van a pedir que presentes lo siguiente en original y copia.

Solo puede ir el titular, si no puedes solicita que un promotor te visite en tu domicilio.
Solicita el reembolso de tu dinero. Espero ahorrarte un mal rato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa como tal nada que decir, sin embargo el local sí está un poco pequeño el cual fácilmente se llena, lo que contradice el protocolo, esperemos que la atención a clientes mejore.
The company as such nothing to say, however the place is a bit small which easily fills up, which contradicts the protocol, hopefully the customer service improves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en señal de canales no dan solución solo que así lo mandan desde corporativo, hize una reconexión y ya va hacer una semana y nada, cuando instalaron el internet, el promotor no da bien la información, todos dicen cosas diferentes tengan mucho cuidado son estafadores por qué no sostienen lo que dicen, empezando de los promotores, los de oficina y los que hacen las llamadas del corporativo, es la peor de las que tenemos desde que empezó a funcionar, así que si pueda darle un -100
