Amigos no contraten con esta empresa. Terrible service. EL VENDEDOR USO MIS DATOS E IDENTIDAD PARA CONTRATAR UN SERVICIO DE MEGAMOVIL SIN MI CONSENTIMIENTO, ME DIJO QUE MANDARIA A UN TECNICO PARA MI INSTALACIÓN ( el vendedor le pasa tu numero de contrato al instalador para que le pida al radio que le asigne tu instalacion) EL TECNICO LLEGO Y ANTES DE IRSE ME ENTREGO UN SOBRE DE MEGAMOVIL EL CUAL LE DIJE QUE NO CONTRATE, ME DIJO QUE ESE NO SE CONTRATA Y QUE VIENE DE PRUEBA GRATIS POR UN MES, CUANDO SE FUE ABRÍ EL SOBRE Y VENIA UN CHIP USADO DE OTRA COMPAÑÍA, HABLE CON LAS INUTILES DE ATENCIÓN A CLIENTES Y ME DIJERON QUE NO ERA GRATIS, AL CONTRARIO ME VAN A COBRAR $200 PESOS MENSUALES; A MI NO ME VAN A ROBAR, SE EQUIVOCARON DE PERSONA. SINCE ITS OPERATORS ARE INCOMPETENT, I SAW THE NEED TO FILE MY COMPLAINT IN PROFECO, CONSUMER PROTECTION AS WELL AS IN CONDUSEF, TECHNICIANS AND SELLERS AGREE TO ROB YOU. THE SELLER USED MY DATA AND IDENTITY TO CONTRACT A MEGAMOVIL SERVICE WITHOUT MY CONSENT, HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD SEND A TECHNICIAN FOR MY INSTALLATION (the seller gives your contract number to the installer so that he asks the radio to assign your installation) THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AND BEFORE LEAVING HE GAVE ME AN ENVELOPE FROM MEGAMOVIL WHICH I TOLD HIM NOT TO CONTRACT, HE TOLD ME THAT YOU CANNOT CONTRACT IT AND THAT IT COMES AS A FREE TRIAL FOR ONE MONTH, WHEN HE LEFT I OPENED THE ENVELOPE AND IT CAME A USED CHIP FROM ANOTHER COMPANY TALKED TO THE USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WASN'T FREE, ON THE CONTRARY THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME $200 PESOS MONTHLY; THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ROB ME, THEY MADE THE WRONG PERSON.
