★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto las llamadas telefónicas pésimo servicio, puras grabaciónes no responden y el menú se repite, no entiendo para que ponen telefono sino responden.
Es molesto tener que marcar varias veces a ver en cuál te contestarán y con una flojera te responden, prestan un servicio atiendanlo, gracias.
As for the phone calls terrible service, pure recordings do not respond and the menu is repeated, I do not understand why they put a phone if they do not respond.
It is annoying to have to dial several times to see which one they will answer you and with a laziness they answer you, they provide a service, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper deficiente el servicio, tardan en responder, no hacen bien su trabajo. Mejor contraten otro servicio de televisión y/o internet. No recomiendo MEGACABLE por ningún motivo. Pésimo.
Super poor service, they take time to respond, they do not do their job well. Better hire another television and/or internet service. I do not recommend MEGACABLE for any reason. Appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cortaron el servicio. Es decir El cable coaxial. Y recién pagué el 08 de abril. Y hoy 09 ya lo cortaron porq afuerza quieren instalar de acuerdo a su tiempo. Y yo no estaba en casa. Entonces decidieron cortar el cable.
My service was cut off. That is, the coaxial cable. And I just paid on April 08. And today 09 they already cut it because they want to install it according to its time. And I wasn't home. So they decided to cut the cable.
