★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quieren dar los paquetes que uno pide, según solo los manejan en Tuxtla gutierrez. Tiempo de instalación es de aprox 20 días, en linea tampoco dan solución. Doy una estrella porque es la mínima.

Realicé mi pago en caja y me dieron el recibo con nombre de otro suscriptor, sino hubiese revisado el ticket lo tiró y el pago estaría reflejado a otro nombre. Además una falta de carisma de las cajeras ... Ahora todo por App.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que te venden en una estafa contrate el plan de velocidad de 30m y si no lo pagas con tarjeta es 20m y a los 2 meses me dicen que la televisión no funciona con eso y necesita más, además de ser inestable la red y a cada momento es muy lento.
