★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la atención de pago en Berriozabal es pésima ya que el joven que se encuentra atendiendo es apático,descortés y con mucha preponderante ya que quiere que uno pague exacto,por no manejar efectivo y que no sabe manejar para cobro con tarjeta,capacite a personal y es necesario que hayan 2 personas en atención de pagos.eso es el motivo que muchos nos damos de baja.

A cada mes aumentan el precio, pero no el servicio, si quieren cobrar más deberían dar un buen servicio, no que cada día es peor el Internet no es estable, se hacen los reportes a los números que ellos brindan y nunca atienden, en whatsapp responden cuando quieren y no dan solución.

It was such a bad surprise to know that people like that are in charge of attending people. I do not recommend to go there unless it is highly necessary. Right now I am so angry and sad. Thanks God you can do your payment in any OXXO near berriozábal, but if you want to do any change to your internet, cable or telephone, unfortunately, you have to go to that place. They change the people t but everyone are the same. It's a lame. I prefer as I wrote before, to do my payments in the Oxxo.
