★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio y atención a clientes.. en el CAC. ..Sólo sirven para perder tiempo..no solucionan nada a favor de clientes y cobran por servicio no solicitado ( canales Premium )..falla frecuentemente en infiernet y los técnicos sólo se presentan sin siquiera bajar escaleras ya determinan que es falla temporal....recibos llegan hasta una semana después del corte...6900000 ponen muchos obstáculos para ser atendidos por telefonistay así poder exponer las fallas por canales pixelados o infiernet "caido" ..total ..nadie resuelve nada y cobran como si fuera servicio completo ? ???
Bad service and customer service .. in the CAC. ..
