CUANDO HACE UNOS MESES ATRÁS LO DI DE BAJA FUE PORQUE SALÍ DE VIAJE Y LO OCUPARÍA PERO ENTRE LA QUE NOS FUE A COBRAR Y EL SUPERVISOR NO ME DAN UNA RESPUESTA SE HABLA AL SERVICIO A CLIENTE Y SOLO TE CONTESTA LA MAQUINA PARA DECIRTE QUE AUN NO ESTA TU ORDEN DE SERVICIO Y NADA MAS, LES TUVE QUE PONER UNA ESTRELLA PORQUE NO ME DEJA PUBLICAR PERO CREO QUE NO SE LA MERECEN
FROM JULY 19, THE PAYMENT OF THE RECOVERY OF THE SERVICE WAS MADE AND IT IS THE DATE THAT THEY HAVE NOT YET RE-CONNECTED IT, IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 5 BUSINESS DAYS UNTIL TODAY IT IS 7 BUSINESS DAYS AND COUNTING THE TWO NOT WORKING IT IS 9. WHEN IT DOES ONE MONTHS AGO WHAT I LEAVED IT WAS BECAUSE I LEFT ON A TRIP AND I WOULD OCCUPY IT BUT BETWEEN THE ONE THAT WAS TO CHARGE US AND THE SUPERVISOR, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME AN ANSWER, THEY TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MACHINE ONLY ANSWERED TO TELL YOU THAT YOUR ORDER IS NOT YET ON SERVICE AND NOTHING ELSE, I HAD TO PUT A STAR BECAUSE THEY WON'T LET ME PUBLISH BUT I THINK THEY DON'T DESERVE IT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de internet, apenas un poco de aire o lluvia y ya no hay internet, ya de por sí en días normales se va el internet y marcas a su teléfono o mandas WhatsApp para atención al cliente y no contestan y por WhatsApp nunca dan una solución
Terrible internet service, barely a bit of air or rain and there is no internet anymore, already on normal days the internet goes away and you dial their phone or send WhatsApp to customer service and they don't answer and WhatsApp never gives a solution
