★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio tanto de atencion como en el servicio que ofrecen, a cada rato se cae el servicio y siempre que llamas por soporte te dicen que hay una falla general, se recupera 2 dias y nuevamente vuelve a fallar el servicio. Por mi localidad no existe otro provedor de internet pero tan pronto entre otro seguro realizo el cambio
 Terrible service both in terms of attention and the service they offer, every so often the service goes down and whenever you call for support they tell you that there is a general failure, it recovers 2 days and the service fails again. In my town there is no other internet provider but as soon as I enter another insurance I make the change

Y me desconectó a mí.
Levanté reporte por falla de servicio.
Quiero levantar queja del técnico y no entra la llamada porque hay reporte.
La mayoría de los técnicos son mañosos.
Pésimo servicio.
Vivo en privada y es el único proveet porque está lleno de cables que no ocupan
A technician just came to connect a new contract.

I filed a service failure report.
I want to file a complaint with the technician and the call does not come in because there is a report.
Most technicians are crafty.
Terrible service.

Terrible service from their technicians. They remain to dial to make an appointment and nothing. I'm still waiting for my call !!!!!!
