★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he tenido este servicio, generlammete nunca falla pero los módem que utilizan son muy viejos, cambie uno hace unos 3 meses y de nuevo el que me dieron ya se descompuso, para que me lo cambiaran fue un problema, hay una empelada en escritorio medio gordita que es muy malencarada, grosera no accedía a mis demandas cuando llevaba 3 días sin Internet y quería mandar a un n técnico (tardan mucho en ir) entonces le dije que yo lo cambiaba, pues mas de a fuerza que de ganas me lo cambiaron y gracias a eso puede de nuevo tener servicio pero otra vez se desconpuso y en el call center nunca saben nada, lo tienen solo de adorno ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donde tengan otra opción lo mejor es contratar Telmex o total play mal servicio técnico, mal servicio al cliente ,malos procesos , realmente solo quieren para el refresco los técnicos solo así atienden esa cultura de no me pagan bien por eso no trabajo bien ,deficiente calidad en el servicio al cliente , Instalación lenta , hasta los paquetes más caros no tienen todos los canales,Su servicio donde prometen Amazon nunca llega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de internet como tal es "normal", el problema viene cuando necesitas atención técnica por cualquier tema, tardan muchísimo tiempo en acudir a tu hogar, además de que nunca te llaman antes de ir y tienes que estar esperando. Y ni se diga cuando contratas un nuevo servicio, también tardan muchísimo en ir a instalarlo y no te queda de otra más que esperar porque no tienen otra área donde meter una queja como atención al cliente o de calidad del servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas noches somos más de 1600 departamentos en un fraccionamiento nuevo en brisas del campestre la calle principal es Circuito brisa de Lisboa Colonia Brisas del Campestre vinieron a escarbar hace 4 meses ya hay gente que tiene un año esperando el servicio hicieron su escarbadero por todo el fraccionamiento y dejaron lleno de piedra ni han venido a pavimentar como estaba ni a poner el cable por los tubos si no van a dar cobertura aganse a un lado más de 1600 contratos que están haciendo o que están esperando para darnos servicios con quién hay que hablar donde están los ingenieros jefes que falta de seriedad su call center cuelgan no saben nada no ayudan en nada que está pasnado 1,600 familias estamos esperando por su servicio HAGAN ALGO POR FAVOR

No tengo idea por que le dan trabajo a ese tipo de gente.
Ahora solo permiten acceder a una persona por familia, cuando se les va a contratar osea se les va a dar de tragar.
