★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una compañía ineficiente, desde el 30 de noviembre que hice el contrato de instalación de internet y hoy 17 de Diciembre no han venido a instalar, les marco para darle seguimiento a mi instalación y me dicen que el reporte no estaba levantado y que me tengo que volver a comunicar para ver si si podrán instalar el internet, lamentablemente no me puedo cambiar de compañía porque es la única que ofrece internet en mi domicilio pero es de lo peor que hay, si tienes otra opción de internet utilizala, megacable es muy ineficiente.
