★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, es un robar de dinero, fui a dar de baja el servicio, ya que me habían hecho el cobro correspondiente al mes de octubre y me salieron que aún no se había realizado, y a mi me lo descontaron ya que está domiciliado el pago, son una empresa poco seria pero eso si te cobro hasta por un servicio que ni si quiera contrate, ojo gente no contraten megacable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tanto el de atención a clientes presencial y vía telefónica, nunca te resuelven nada, siempre te traen con vueltas y si quieren cancelar te piden hasta la caja con lo que te entregan cuando te instalan el servicio, mucha atención, en este centro de atención son malencarados, sangrones y te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. EVITEN COMPLICACIONES Y MEJOR CONTRATEN CON OTRA EMPRESA SU SERVICIO.

Era buena Empresa hace dos años ahora no la recomendaría.
