M	Margoth Figueroa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio fui a contratar un paquete el cual era el más bajo y según quedó el cambio ahora que fui a realizar el pago me salieron que no se hiso el cambio y que tengo que pagar mucho más no sé vale que te hagan eso aparte que no puedes cancelar asta un día primero vas y te dicen nada más nos permite ciertas cancelaciones así que vuelva el próximo mes y por mientras a pagar muy mal servicio Very bad service I went to hire a package which was the lowest and as it was the change now that I went to make the payment they left me that the change was not made and that I have to pay much more I do not know that you do that apart you cannot cancel until one day first you go and they tell you nothing else allows us certain cancellations so come back next month and for as long as you pay very bad service

Pesimo servicio, lo peor del caso que aquí solo hay telmex y esos estan PEOR. I've been without internet for 8 hours. The numbers for the office in Cananea never respond. A	Adr krdnz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya ni la friegan, me comentaron que dentro de 20 a 30 días me conectaban el servicio, además de tener solo 20 Mbps (ya es como para que tuvieran una velocidad mas rapida), te cobran mucho más que en otras ciudades, por ejemplo Agua Prieta que me cobraban 349 al mes con 104 canales y misma velocidad y aqui me cobran 462 por los 20 Mbps, me hacen contratar el servicio de teléfono (que no necesito) y sin televisión (y de pasada te suben el precio del servicio sin avisar). NUNCA contestan el telefono o está mal. Al menos la velocidad que te dicen que va a llegar es la que tienes, lo malo es que no tienen muy buenos módems y la velocidad baja mucho si te alejas poco.
