Personal de atención a clientes mismo caso, haaaa si eres su conocido, lo atiende sin importar el tiempo de los demás y hasta le cobra el servicio sin formarce.
Terrible service, 3 boxes and only one works...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , llevo 2 semanas intentando que me realicen la migración de dos televisión es a fibra óptica, y de las 4 citas que programan con el técnico no ha acudido ninguna a domicilio, para cobrar son muy bueno pero no le dan seguimiento a los problemas técnicos de su servicio.
Terrible service, I have been trying for 2 weeks to have the migration of two televisions to fiber optics, and of the 4 appointments that they schedule with the technician, none have come to their home, they are very good to collect but they do not follow up on the problems service technicians.
