★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí para hacer una aclaración de mi servicio y entiendo que por contingencia te hacen esperar afuera, pero en el rayo del sol, cuando por fin logras entrar es super lento, solo dos personas para más de 20 en espera, deberían tener más personal para esto pues se ve que es igual el número de los que pagan a los que se quejan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca pueden dar una solución, solo están buenos para cobrar. Me dieron de alta un servicio de telefonía móvil que no sirve y mientras ven que fue lo que pasó o que se puede hacer tuve que pagar el servicio (que no utilizo hasta el momento)
Cada vez peor el servicio
They can never give a solution, they are only good at charging. They gave me a mobile phone service that doesn't work and while they see what happened or what can be done I had to pay for the service (which I don't use so far)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no te resuelven las dudas, sus tarifas aumentan a cada rato sin justificación alguna, cuando se va a dar de baja el servicio te piden pagar por adelantado el mes siguiente.
Terrible attention, they do not solve your doubts, their rates increase every time without any justification, when the service is going to be canceled they ask you to pay in advance the following month.
