Son flojos, prepotentes nadie quiere atender y se van como si tuvieran demasiadas actividades, casualmente tienen vidrio y junto pasos antes de entrar estaban bien tranquilitos platicando y riendo llegamos y ya tienen mucho "trabajo", te contestan mal y obvio no resuelven aparte es un pésimo servicio su cablera

El servicio es horrible y de igual manera atención a clientes. Fui un día sábado para reportar mi falla con el servicio y se negaron a atenderme. Llame a los números que me dieron y jama entro mi llamada siempre me quede en el segundo menú. Antes era un servicio de calidad ahora es el peor tanto servicio como atención a clientes...

Casi 2 horas para cancelar un servicio, pero si vas a contratar te atienden en 5 minutos. Así la prioridad de sus clientes.
Almost 2 hours to cancel a service, but if you are going to contract, they attend to you in 5 minutes. So the priority of your customers.

Que decepción que una empresa tan grande brinde tan pésimo servicio. No pueden resolver un problema y durante toda la estancia en las oficinas repiten lo mismo. Ojalá reconsideren mejorar la atención y el servicio.
What a disappointment that such a large company provides such lousy service. They cannot solve a problem and throughout their stay in the offices they repeat the same thing. Hopefully they reconsider improving care and service.

Muy mal servicio (pesimo) de su departamento de atención a clientes, son muy déspotas, trate con 3 de ellos xmi problema y los 3 igual no saben tratar a sus clientes en lugar que ayuden a bajar las molestias q ya trae el cliente, no!!! con su actitud hacen molestar más al cliente, al estar formada esperando es lo mismo 3 clientes antes salieron diciéndoles de cosas ( no dan soluciones solo pague pague aun no tenga uno la culpa o haya contrado ese servicio), yo dure con su servicio como 10 años, me cambie de casa y fui a solicitar la cancelación del servicio y lleve las cajas q había en mi casa, me salieron con q tenia q entregar una caja q se supone me dejaron (q era para ampliar la señal),, pedí q me comprobarán en donde yo firme de recibido x esa caja, y para eso si q como tenía muchos años ya era archivo muerto pero en su sistema si aparecía, tenía q entrar en un sistema de queja que tardaba 3 días ( cosa q yo ya no quería pagar otro mes más acudí el día 1), levante la queja x teléfono y en su sistema del teléfono no les aparecía esa caja , al regresar fue lo mismo tiene q pagar 700 x la caja , aahh pero ya la 2 vez me salen con que lo q podian hacer es dejarme el costo de esa caja a mitad de precio? , me fui a profeco para levantar la denuncia , ahí me dijeron q tenia que seguir pagando mi mes corriente para evitar problemas xq la audiencia me la darían en 20 días aprox. Obvió no me convenía ya no vivía en la casa, así q tuve q regresar y aceptar pagando la mitad de su mentada cajita para q me cancelaran el servicio, SIEMPRE Q VAYAN LOS TECNICOS A SU CASA REVISEN QUE LES DEJAN Y QUE SE LLEVAN RESPALDANDOSE CON FIRMAS y ANOTANDO SUS CODIGOS DE LAS CAJAS PARA Q NO TENGAN Q CAEER EN SUS TRAMPAS .....
Very bad service (terrible) from their customer service department, they are very despotic, I dealt with 3 of them because of my problem and the 3 of them still do not know how to treat their customers instead of helping to reduce the inconvenience that the client already brings, no !!! with their attitude they annoy the customer more, being in line waiting is the same thing 3 customers before they left telling them about things (they don't give solutions just pay pay yet it's not your fault or you have contracted that service), I lasted with your service like 10 years, I moved house and went to request the cancellation of the service and take the boxes that were in my house, they told me that I had to deliver a box that they supposedly left me (which was to extend the signal), I asked that They will check where I signed receipt for that box, and for that, since it was many years old, it was already a dead file, but in their system if it appeared, I had to enter a complaint system that took 3 days (which I no longer I wanted to pay for another month, I went on day 1), I raised the complaint over the phone and that box did not appear in their telephone system, when I returned it was the same, they had to pay 700 for the box, aahh but the 2nd time they came out with that what they could do is leave me the cost of that box at half price?, I went to p rofeco to file the complaint, there they told me that I had to continue paying my current month to avoid problems because the hearing would be given to me in approximately 20 days. It obviously wasn't convenient for me, I didn't live in the house anymore, so I had to go back and accept paying half of his aforementioned little box so that they would cancel my service, AS LONG AS THE TECHNICIANS GO TO YOUR HOUSE, CHECK THAT THEY LEAVE THEM AND THAT THEY TAKE BACKING UP WITH SIGNATURES AND NOTE THEIR CODES OF THE BOXES SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FALL INTO THEIR TRAPS.....
