★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, muy seguido dicen que se les cae el sistema, casualmente en los días que esta por vencer el recibo de pago pues no perdonan que se te pase un solo día del mismo porque te aplican recargo aunque sea por culpa de ellos.

Como es de esperarse en cualquier establecimiento con mucha gente, tuve que esperar un poco (nada fuera de otro mundo). Pensé que me atenderían mal, pero para mi sorpresa, el personal fue extremadamente atento y eficiente. En comparación a hace algunos años que cancele mis servicios con ellos por falta de muchas cosas técnicas y de servicio, esta vez quede sorprendido con el excelente trato que me ofrecieron.
Resolvieron mi problema: claro que si.
Quede satisfecho con la respuesta: claro que si.
100% recomendable el servicio.
Nota: claro si llegas gritando y echando bigas no esperen recibir buen trato. Felicidades al personal.

As is to be expected in any establishment with a lot of people, I had to wait a bit (nothing out of this world). I thought I would be poorly served, but to my surprise the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Compared to a few years ago that I canceled my services with them due to lack of many technical and service things, this time I was surprised with the excellent treatment they offered me.
They solved my problem: of course they did.
I am satisfied with the answer: yes.
100% recommended service.
Note: of course if you arrive screaming and throwing bigas, don't expect to receive good treatment. Congratulations to the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un calvario para poder cancelar el servicio, 4 veces tuve que acudir, personal prepotente, ni haciendo lo que ellos mismos te dicen se puede realizar el tramite, groseros con la gente de la 3ra edad, en fin, debería de checar el servicio un supervisor.
