Pero la atención al cliente es pésima, señoras amargadas, no hay donde quejarse, utilizan el mismo número de contacto para todo: atención a clientes, quejas y sugerencias, soporte técnico, una basofia en ese sentido. También es comprensible que estén amargadas las dependientas, por que la gente que acude no es la más brillante, en fin, para no lidiar con esas cosas pagar con cargo a tarjeta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad su atención es muy mala y lenta ,y siempre q voy hay solo una caja abierta ,y ahora q voy a cancelar me piden 800 pesos para cancelación,además dq no tiene programación buena puro programa repetido y sin chiste , lo único bueno es Netflix ,xq su internet ,pésimo y muchas cosas más hoy hubieron como 10 personas q fueron a dejar su equipo xq se iban a cambiar de compañía

Fui a megacable a dar de vaja mi servicio de megacable
Solo x llegar hoy a la 1:50pm ya no me quisieron atender les toque la puerta tardaron en salir y me dicen ya no hay servicio ya que ya avían dado las 2pm pésimo servicio ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente megacable,es nefasto su servicio,la empresa puede ser buena pero la mayoría de su personal es Mala para llevar acabó su trabajo hacia los clientes,ya que me afectaron mucho en tiempo,engaños ,estafa y más,ya que realizar un pequeño estudio del mercado y muy malos resultados a clientes...solo daré 5 estrellas a la chica que está en la oficina de Coyotepec,ya que da buena atención, lamentablemente está entre la espada y la pared para agilizar la atención a los clientes que van a la oficina,sin más gracia.
Megacable really, its service is disastrous, the company may be good but most of its staff is Bad to take away its work towards customers, since they affected me a lot in time, deception, scam and more, since I carried out a small study of the market and very bad results for clients... I will only give 5 stars to the girl who is in the Coyotepec office, since she gives good attention, unfortunately she is between a rock and a hard place to speed up the attention to clients who are going to the office, without more grace.
