★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio para hacer una cancelación, no te dicen exactamente los requisitos para está, y tienes que dar doble vuelta y volverte a formar.
El servicio es muy tardado y el personal cero capacitado para dudas con el servicio.
 Terrible service to make a cancellation, they don't tell you exactly the requirements for it, and you have to double back and retrain.
The service is very slow and the staff is zero trained for doubts with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, y la actitud del personal también. Fui para dar de baja el servicio de cable porque no lo ocupo. Los trabajadores mencionaron que no pueden modificar el paquete porque asi fueron contratados. Eso no es cierto. Al no tener un contrato de plazo forzoso, uno puede hacer cualquier cambio de los servicios mientras no haya algun saldo pendiente o vencido; incluso desunir el paquete. Porfavor descarguen los términos y condiciones que esta empresa tiene acordada con PROFECO.
The service is lousy, and the attitude of the staff too. I went to cancel the cable service because I don't use it. The workers mentioned that they cannot modify the package because that is how they were hired. That is not true. By not having a forced term contract, one can make any change in the services as long as there is no pending or expired balance; even unbind the package. Please download the terms and conditions that this company has agreed with PROFECO.

Para cancelar te piden que lleves todos los equipos y una copia de tu ine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de los peores, peor que telmex creo, vine a cancelar y me hicieron dar 3 vueltas por los requisitos que se los pongo para que no les sorprendan:
1. identificación oficial y copia ya que no gastan ni en eso
2. Equipos completos hasta con el cable HDMI que por cierto a mi no me dieron cuando instalaron. (por supuesto no les importa lo tienes que traer)
3. Si tienen domiciliado hablen para que les quiten la domiciliación y despues de 48 a 72 hrs pueden cancelar.
4. No tener adeudos del mes.
Pues ahí esta para que no les soprendan.
Terrible service of the worst, worse than telmex I think, I came to cancel and they made me go around 3 times because of the requirements that I put so that they are not surprised:
1. official identification and copy since they do not spend even on that
2. Complete equipment even with the HDMI cable which, by the way, they didn't give me when they installed it. (of course they don't mind what you have to bring)
3. If you have direct debit, talk to have your direct debit removed and after 48 to 72 hours you can cancel.
4. Have no debts for the month.
Well, it is there so that they are not surprised.
