La atención es buena y te resuelven rápido, además, con el servicio no hemos tenido mucho problema salvó cuando hay mantenimientos en la zona, quizá deberían avisar para tomar medidas... De ahí en fuera todo bien con el internet y la cobertura.

La atención es completamente desagradable, el personal se comporta muy prepotente y grosero, te insultan y se burlan de ti si vas con alguna queja, yo fui para cancelar el servicio por qué es una basura y me negaron completamente la atención, prácticamente me corrieron del lugar diciéndome que no tenían sistema y que no podían tomar mi reporte, que si quería cancelar debía esperarme a cumplir los 6 meses y luego volver a ir. Se suponía que no había plazos forzosos cuando yo contraté, pero ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de revisar mi situación y definitivamente se niegan a atenderte. Para las personas que experimentan fallas en su servicio o que de plano quieren cancelar, pongan una queja en soyusuario.ift.org.mx solo así te solucionan y te atienden bien.

Buena ubicación, instalaciones limpias, seguras y cumple protocolo seguridad Covid. Aunque el personal es amable esta poco capacitado. Siempre, siempre hay un usuario peleando en la caja porque no saben leer los contratos y dicen que eso no se los explicaron y acaparan la caja durante 20 minutos. Lo único nefasto es que teniendo 3 cajas y 3 cajeras solo 1 opere. Haciendo a los demás que tengamos que esperar 20 min para poder realizar el pagó. Ya se parecen a los Oxxo, Santander. En ese punto deben poner mas atención al resto de clientes.

Es frustrante la información que proporcionan cuando decides cancelar su servicio, cada operadora da diferente información, y aparte de todo su equipo que se tiene que llevar, se tiene que pagar para que se efectué la cancelación. The attention by the representative was poor. Truth be told, awful. The representative didn't care about my inquiry and accused me of lying. I went in to get a refund and cancel my service but I was given snarky remarks and little to no attention. I'm glad I cancelled. I don't recommend anyone hiring their services at all. I give it two stars because at the end of the day, the representative cancelled my services in less than an hour.
