★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, pesimos empleados, los hecharé a la radio por que según no atienden si cubre bocas y a mucha gente si la atendieron sin cubre bocas. Te responde la empleada : "es que ya me cansé de decirles" es una lástima que no existan por ahora mas compañías solo esta megacable e infinitum. Con gusto me cambiaría ahora para reportes de alguna falla te dan un telefono. Ellos ya no te atienden en nada. Que solamente son "cajas de cobro" No se merecen ni una sola estrella. Son un asco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal, la cajera es nefasta siempre esta de mal humor. Eso es el personal y el lugar en la nueva oficina no hay acceso para personas con silla ruedas, no hay estacionamiento, no puedes pagar con tarjeta, no puedes hacer pagos parciales (asi sea un peso lo que te falta)

Alguien le hizo el comentario de que era tarde y la señorita dijo que podian pagar en un oxxo si no querian estar esperando. No se trata de pagar en un oxxo, si no de dar el servicio que merecen los usuarios de la empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada mes te aumentan el costo te cortan tu línea antes de tu fecha de pago y te cobran 50 pesos por reconectar aparte pagas y tardan días an reactivar tu internet y la señorita que atiende en Zacatepec siempre está de mal humor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a contratar línea e internet. Obligatoriamente te ofrecen el triple pack que le llaman. También incluye la TV por cable. Me vinieron a instalar y solo me dejaron el servicio de tv. Que es lo único que no quería. Pésimo servicio
