★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de ésta empresa denominada Megacable. NO CONTRATEN NUNCA CON ELLOS! Tienen un Pésimo servicio al Cliente, pero eso si son muy buenos para cobrar. Y sus planes son muy chafas y carisimos! Horribles! Les pusiera cero estrellas pero no me deja.
 Terrible service by this company called Megacable. NEVER CONTRACT WITH THEM! They have Terrible Customer Service, but that is if they are very good at charging. And their plans are very cheap and very expensive! horrible! I would give them zero stars but it won't let me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piénselo 2 veces muy bien si quieren contratar un servicio en Megacable o si les urge el servicio, ya que los señores se tomán 13 días hábiles para atender solicitudes! Pero lo peor de todo es que ni siquiera logran cumplir con este tiempo!! Yo llevo 24 días naturales y aún no han logrado instalarme el servicio, los he contactado por teléfono, WhatsApp y siempre te dicen que ya estás agendado para el día siguiente en el transcurso de la mañana, pero para sorpresa de nadie, no van!! Ya han hecho esto 4 veces. Además te la tratan de voltear diciéndote que si han ido pero que no te encontraron, lo cual en mi caso es totalmente falso, ya que trabajo en Home Office y aquí ni de broma se han parado, que sean una empresa que fomenta la mentira y la deshonestidad ya es el colmo.
Think twice if you want to hire a service in Megacable or if the service is urgent, since the gentlemen take 13 business days to attend to requests! But worst of all is that they can't even meet this time !! I have been 24 calendar days and they have not yet managed to install the service, I have contacted them by phone, WhatsApp and they always tell you that you are already scheduled for the next day in the course of the morning, but to nobody's surprise, they do not go! They have already done this 4 times. They also try to turn it around telling you that if they have gone but they did not find you, which in my case is totally false, since I work in Home Office and here they have not stopped, that they are a company that encourages lies and dishonesty is the last straw.
