Es el peor servicio del mundo!!! Su gente es grosera, nada servicial, te cobran carísimo, suben el servicio a cada rato, se va la señal...en fin PESIMO!!!

Actualmente Pesimo el servicio de esta empresa,desde el pasa 27 de febrero del 2020 estoy sin servicio de internet a causa de un camión que paso por la zona donde vivo y arranco la instalación del cableado de fibra óptica ya lo reporte varias ocasiones,en tres ocasiones vinieron a intentar reparar el servicio y resulta que solo traen cable coaxial. Toman fotos y supuestamente hacen un reporte y que mas tarde vienen,cosa que es mentira porque jamas regresan. Ayer 17 de marzo del 2020 fui a cancelar el servicio y no lo quisieron aceptar prometiendome que en la tarde me reparaban el daño, tuve que pagar el servicio para que se proceda a generar un reporte. Y asi fue,en la tarde llego un técnico instalo el cableado del poste al modem y me comentó que ellos no no tienen control para checar si esta activo el servicio de internet,si no había servicio que marcara de nuevo.lo reporte mas tarde con servicio técnico y quedaron en mandar un técnico como por el jueves,hoy miércoles casi a las 11 AM me llaman para decirme que el técnico está afuera de mi casa y le pido por favor que nos vemos como a las 12p porque estoy trabajando y aceptaron. Llegue 11:40 y aun sigo esperando que en realidad venga alguien a restablecer el servicio es la una treinta y nada.. pero eso si son exigentes para cobrar

And so it was, in the afternoon a technician came installed the wiring of the post to the modem and he told me that they have no control to check if the internet service is active, if there was no service that would dial again. I reported it later with technical service and they agreed to send a technician as for Thursday, today Wednesday almost at 11 AM they call me to tell me that the technician is outside my house and I ask him please to see us around 12p because I am working and they accepted. Arrive 11:40 and I am still waiting for someone to actually come to restore the service is one thirty and nothing .. but that if they are demanding to collect

La empresa megacable: Pésimo servicio, atención y tiempos de respuesta!!! Llevo 5 días sin Internet y no han podido venir a checar q pasa!! Llamo por Tel. y me cortan la llamada o no contestan!! Son una calamidad

Es un asco de empresa mes y medio que hice mi contrato y nunca fueron a hacer la instalacion y ahora resulta que tengo que pagar por la supuesta intalacion de un televisor que nunca hicieron, aparte de que las empleadas son unas despotas que creen que hacen el favor al realizar su trabajo, si pudiera no pondria ni media estrella esta empresa deveria de desaparecer a demas de que su internet y chip son un asco, resulta que en mi condominio no puede entrar a instalar ninguna otra empresa.
It is a disgusting company for a month and a half that I made my contract and they never did the installation and now it turns out that I have to pay for the supposed installation of a television that they never did, apart from the fact that the employees are despots who think they do the job. Please when doing your job, if I could I would not put even half a star this company would disappear to others that its internet and chip are disgusting, it turns out that in my condominium you can not enter to install any other company.

NO CONTRATEN MEGACABLE!!!! Es un verdadero asco de servicio las fallas técnicas jamás las atienden, por meses el internet a estado fatal no han realizado nada por resolver el problema. Hace un mes solicitamos un cambio de paquete pagamos por más Megas y se suponía que en diez días era el tiempo en el que realizarían la nueva instalación, y no han hecho nada. Llamamos y nos ignoran, vamos a sucursal y es lo mismo dicen que ya vendrán a arreglar y nada, además cada vez está peor su internet!!!!
DO NOT CONTRACT MEGACABLE !!!! It is a real disgusting service, technical failures are never dealt with, for months the internet has been fatal they have not done anything to solve the problem. A month ago we requested a package change we paid for more Megas and it was assumed that in ten days it was the time in which they would perform the new installation, and they have not done anything. We call and they ignore us, we go to the branch and it is the same thing they say that they will come to fix it and nothing, and their internet is getting worse every time !!!!

Se cambiaron de lugar y se escudan en su "aviso" que es un pedazo de cartulina escrito a mano. Fui a cancelar y ya no me quisieron atender cuando aún faltaban 30 minutos para cerrar, no respetan el horario que aparece aquí y por supuesto, no podía faltar la pésima atención a clientes que encuentras siempre en Megacable.
They changed places and hide behind their "notice" which is a handwritten piece of cardboard. I went to cancel and they didn't want to attend to me when there were still 30 minutes left to close, they don't respect the schedule that appears here and of course, I couldn't miss the lousy customer service that you always find in Megacable.
