★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como siempre son abusivos no tienen ni la más remota idea de lo que es el servicio al cliente su programación siempre es lo mismo las mismas películas una y otra vez la mismas series y primero un precio atractivo y después le suben al doble y si intentas cancelar todo un problema la gerente y las cajeras déspotas y sin sentido pretenden cobrar un mes completo para cancelar ahí que sea un par de días lo que usaste el servicio no queda más que recurrir a la Profeco para que te cancelen el contrato no entienden razones y el servicio de lo peor pero en cuanto llega izii o total play hasta te ruegan para contratar y no los dejes simplemente lo oeor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cinco días y no pueden arreglar una falla, y se supone que pagaré el mes completo. Además les llamas para que te den una explicación y solo te contesta una grabación que dice que ya lo están arreglando. Pero no te dicen cuando va a quedar solucionado.
Terrible service, five days and they can't fix a fault, and I'm supposed to pay for the full month. You also call them for an explanation and they only answer a recording that says they are already fixing it. But they don't tell you when it will be solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad solo 2 estrellas, pierdes demasiado tiempo ahí, hay más tipo de cajas para atender a la gente y solo abren 2, y para varear bien lentas o no te solucionan aveces las cosas, bueno lo veo en otras gentes q tanto tiempo esta uno ahi parada y pasas y de nuevo te regresas porque no te dan solución

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena la atención, siempre y cuando no se vaya en la fecha del corte porque hay pocas cajeras y tardan más o menos una hora para atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que voy las personas son amables, pasas rápido, no tardas mas de 4 minutos para realizar tu pago, igual fui a hacer una corrección en mi domicilio y solo tardaron como 5 minutos, las oficinas lucen limpias, cuentas con los protocolos básicos, alcohol en la entrada y termómetro, sana distancia.
Aceptan pago en efectivo y con tarjeta.
Igual te ayudan para domiciliar tu pago y recibir 10Mb más en tu servicio y pagar un poco menos.
