★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio un poco tardado, por cuestiones de pandemia se limita el acceso y te mantienen a fuera de la sucursal. De igual forma aprovecha el timwpo de espera para ofrecerte nuevos servicios.
Service a bit late, due to pandemic issues, access is limited and you are kept outside the branch. In the same way, take advantage of the waiting time to offer you new services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por parte de los de la sucursal. Pero no de los técnicos!! Tengo 6 meses esperando a que vengan a instalarme la fibra óptica y nada que viene nadie. Se aprovecha Megacable de que no hay otro prestador de servicio de internet y cable en el Fraccionamiento. Por eso vienen a tender las solicitudes de servicio hasta que les da la gana ?
Good attention from those at the branch. But not from the technicians !! I have 6 months waiting for them to come to install the optical fiber and nothing that nobody comes. Megacable takes advantage of the fact that there is no other internet and cable service provider in the Fractionation. That is why they come to tender the service requests until they feel like it ?
