Deberas que para contratar a alguien en megacable tiene que ser malencarado parece que te estan haciendo un favor en cobrarte el servicio. Ecesitan mejorar muuuucho en atencion a clientes

Pésimo servicio. Las señoritas de atención a clientes no resuelven nada, los contratos vienen incompletos porque se aparecen cláusulas en el formato digital que jamás te notifican. El supervisor rara vez quiere atender a las personas porque está “ocupado”

Pesimo servicio, a las 6:30 se niegan a atenderte aunque lleves horas en la fila, las señoritas super despostas, groseras, no tienen un gramo de servicio al cliente ni con la gente mayor.

Pésimo servicio, el internet me ha fallado casi todos los días y al marcar solo manda contestadora que te dice que reinicies módem y al final te ponen que ellos lo reiniciaron y te cuelgan. No hay atención personalizada ni manera de contactar a servicio técnico directamente. Me mandan a otra extensión donde nunca contestan. Además me marcan muy seguido para insistir en que contrate cable y mayor cantidad de megas para internet. Hasta parece que hacen intencional que falle para que uno se decida a contratar el paquete más caro con la esperanza que así si funcione. El último que me marcó, súper insistente ni siquiera me dejaba hablar y me interrumpía para seguir ofreciendo sus paquetes, muy grosero y casi casi obligando a que pagara más. Cuando vino un vendedor a hacerme el contrato todavía muy cínicamente dijo que a veces falla pero que es el mejor servicio de Durango y que los demás están peores; que no nos queda de otra más que conformarnos.

There is no personalized attention or way to contact technical service directly. They send me to another extension where they never answer. They also call me very often to insist that I contract cable and more megabytes for the internet. It even seems that they intentionally make it fail so that one decides to hire the most expensive package in the hope that it will work. The last one that marked me, super insistent, did not even let me speak and interrupted me to continue offering his packages, very rude and almost almost forcing me to pay more. When a salesman came to make the contract for me, he still very cynically said that sometimes it fails but that it is the best service in Durango and that the others are worse; that we have no choice but to settle.

Pésimo servicio! En esta sucursal en particular las que atienden son muy prepotentes parace que son las dueñas se creen como si fuera por su culpa y el mal servicio que dan en el internet ya que a cada rato se va por eso van a perder clientes hagan sus malas experiencias públicas para que no le pase a más gente que te hacen firmar un contrato con puras mentiras de cuánto vas a pagar las que te lo hacen pura dulzura pero después ya te anda y no puedes hacer nada pork te hacen un contrato de seis meses no lo contraten hagan esto mejor para que más gente no se deje engañar y corran ya a toda la bola de viejas que tienen ahí atendiendo no sirven para nada el día que fui había mucha gente que estaba cancelando pork ya se había acabado el contrato gracias a dios y a mi que me faltan dos meses a esperar !
